Zumba® Toning classes may be enjoyed with no weights, traditional 1lb to 3lb dumbbells, or Zumba Toning Sticks. Participants are required to complete the first class with no weights, and may then choose their preferred resistance. Sticks may be purchased from the instructor for $17 (1 lb) or $25 (2.5 lbs), or rented for $1 each class.
